Step 2: The binding call

Your U.S. representative joins, logged in to your main Seller Center account from the U.S. Steven’s team sends the binding link and your representative accepts it. Binding itself takes minutes.

Scroll Shoppers is then your partner on record for 12 months.

Step 3: Your included hour

Use it on the same call or book it later. Your choice of topic:

✓	Activation questions: listings, shipping, fulfillment
✓	Ads and connecting your brand’s TikTok profile to your shop
✓	LIVE: what it takes before it works, and how brands outside the U.S. do it
✓	How your U.S. TikTok profile has to be run day to day
✓	Or bank it. A banked hour covers your first escalation case.

Step 4: When something goes wrong

A flagged listing, a held payout, a re-verification request, a restriction with no explanation. Email Steven’s team directly and copy us. They take it to a person at TikTok.

Cases after the first are $497 each, billed by Scroll Shoppers.

Scroll Shoppers is a registered TikTok Shop partner agency. Steven Arjonilla reviews documents and sits in on account setups himself. Binding gives his team standing to escalate on your shop.
