Stay Verified. Keep Processing.

The U.S. operating Presence that survives re-verification, INFORM Act audits, and platform address checks.

Do you want to keep selling or keep fixing?

Anyone can open an account. Few stay open.
Shortcuts (CMRA, mailbox, mismatched docs) work until your first re-verification, then your payouts freeze right when orders explode.
We install the right level of U.S. operational presence, so you keep processing when others get shut down.

We don’t sell addresses. We build verified U.S. operating structures that keep your Amazon, Walmart, Stripe, and Shopify accounts live, even when the rules tighten. TikTok Shop? Different rules, same compliance discipline.

What We Do Differently

We don’t sell documents.
We build platform-aligned U.S. structures that get verified and stay compliant.

Our clients are:

  • Global e-commerce sellers scaling across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop

  • Non-resident founders launching U.S. brands

  • U.S. residents looking to upgrade from starter setups to serious structures

We help you:

  • Align your LLC, EIN, and address for clean approval

  • Match your trading address and documents to platform-specific requirements

  • Avoid PE risk, IRS confusion, or banking denials later on

If you’re already stuck, we can help you fix it. But it’s faster and cheaper when we build it right from the beginning.

Who This Is Not For

If you’re just looking for:

  • A random U.S. address to “try out”

  • A lease or utility bill without a full strategy review

  • A shortcut to game platform rules

This isn’t for you.

There are plenty of low-cost mailbox services. We’re not one of them.

We provide address solutions only as part of a complete Verified Expansion strategy—because a disconnected address leads to disconnected results.

What a Good Strategy Looks Like

Every platform has different address requirements. If your documents don’t match their backend checks, you may never get told why, just denied.

Amazon & TikTok Shop

Require consistency between your business and personal addresses. Mismatches cause delays, a need for utility bills, or rejection.

Shopify Payments

Often requires a real U.S. operational presence—not just a lease or virtual address. PE warnings are common with cheap setups.

Mercury & RelayFi

If your EIN and ID align, a matched legal address is often accepted. If your address is flagged as a CMRA, it will be denied.

Traditional U.S. Banks

Often require a utility bill, lease, or a real office suite. PE tax risk and extra filings may be triggered depending on your structure.

IRS & Legal Mail

Needs to reach you fast. Missed notices mean missed deadlines—and real penalties for non-resident founders.

That’s why our focus is on matching your address to your entity, platform, and goals, not just providing you with a document and wishing you luck.

Want to Know Which Address(s) You Need?

That’s exactly what we evaluate during our Address & Banking Clearance Check™.

It’s a $297 compliance diagnostic where we:

  • Review your structure, platforms, and documents (30-minute Zoom call with our advanced team)

  • Determine which addresses are needed (and why)

  • Outline the cost and compliance risks

  • Help you avoid mismatches that get accounts rejected

The Truth Behind U.S. Address Risk

Some address providers promise a shortcut. Others push costly physical offices.

We give you what actually works: a platform-tested address strategy—aligned to your entity, documents, and goals.

Don’t roll the dice on a $10/month trick that costs $4,000 to clean up.

Don’t commit to a $1,000/month office you don’t need just to “look legitimate.”

Build the middle-ground strategy that works.

If your provider skips USPS Form 1583 or forwards your mail without it, you may already be out of compliance.

And if you’re setting up a physical U.S. office just to pass GMB or open a bank account, you may be triggering U.S. tax exposure under permanent establishment rules.

Our role is to build the right middle-ground: a verified, platform-aligned U.S. presence that doesn’t increase your tax liability or get flagged by compliance bots.

Address Solutions (By Approval Only)

If you work with us on your full setup, we may offer:

A verified U.S. commercial address (non-RA, CMRA, real building)

Lease or utility bill available only if your platform or bank requires it

EIN + ID document formatting support for banking and platform intake

We do not offer documents à la carte. They’re part of a verified strategy because disconnected documents don’t solve root issues.

Real Case, Real Cost

James formed his LLC solo and used a cheap registered agent address.

Mercury rejected him

RelayFi blocked him

Amazon & Shopify locked his accounts for 3 months

He spent over $4,000 trying to fix it, on leases, Amazon appeals, and multiple new EIN setups.

Had he started with us? It would’ve taken 60 days and cost less than half.

Frequently Asked Mistakes

What are the common U.S. address types you may need for your U.S. business?

When expanding into the U.S., you’ll likely need more than one U.S. address — even if you’re just selling on Amazon, TikTok Shop, your neo-bank or payment transfer service, or using a payment process service like Stripe or Shopify payments.

The right type of address depends on what you’re setting up — and each one serves a different compliance function.

Here are the most common categories:

Common U.S. Address Types

  • Registered Agent Address (RA) – Required for your LLC formation

  • CMRA/Virtual Business Address – Often used for mail forwarding and general filings

  • Non-CMRA Business Address – May be needed for neobank or Stripe onboarding

  • Utility-Bill-Matched Address – Often required for banking or payment processor compliance

  • Lease-Based Commercial Address – May be needed for Stripe, Walmart, or platform credibility

  • Residential U.S. Address – Required if your platform (like TikTok Shop) asks for a U.S. Primary Business Representative

  • IRS Filing Address (SS-4) – Where your EIN application is mailed and matched

  • Articles of Organization Address – Often different than mailing or IRS address

  • Mailing Address for Notices – For tax, compliance, or licensing follow-up

Why This Matters

  • Most U.S. platforms and banking partners now require stricter address verification — and banking requirements have recently changed.

  • Articles, SS-4 filings, EIN letters, and KYC onboarding all trigger different checks.

  • And once you move beyond a CMRA (mailbox-type address), you’re entering a higher cost structure: annual leases, separate utility bills, and documentation requirements.

If your situation involves a residential address requirement, such as for TikTok Shop’s PBR role, that adds another layer entirely.

Which U.S. address do I need to get verified?

We can’t tell you. Why? It depends on what platform you’re using, which banking or transfer money service you are using, how your entity is structured, and what you’re claiming on your tax interview. Not all “U.S. addresses” are treated equally. A CMRA address may work for you, a legal address may work, or you may need a non-CMRA office.

Is Form 1583 required?

Yes—in most cases (up until recently). Form 1583 is legally required by USPS for any third-party service (like ours) to receive and forward mail on your behalf. It confirms your identity and authorizes mail handling through a registered Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA).

The only exception: If you lease your own U.S. office and employ your own staff (not a virtual service or third-party office), you don’t need Form 1583. However, this triggers serious tax and compliance obligations—especially for foreign-owned LLCs—including permanent establishment (PE) exposure, payroll tax filings, and U.S. income tax liability.

Bottom line: If someone offers to forward mail without Form 1583, they’re either non-compliant or taking risks that could impact your banking, IRS filings, and platform verification. We don’t operate that way—and we protect our clients by doing it right from day one.

Does submitting Form 1583 guarantee my address will be accepted?

No. Form 1583 is a legal requirement—but banks and platforms look far beyond that.
They assess the legitimacy of the address itself, how many companies use it, how well it aligns with EIN and ID documents, and whether it’s flagged in fraud databases.

That’s why we structure your documents—not just sell you a form or address.

Do I need a passport to complete the Form 1583?

Yes—for non-resident LLC owners, a valid foreign passport is required.
Form 1583 must be notarized and submitted with two forms of ID, and a passport is the most universally accepted document.

Can I just add a utility bill to pass verification?

Not always. Some banks require a utility bill in the name of the individual, while others want it for the business. If your documents don’t match the EIN letter or ID, the whole stack breaks.

Which address will work for Google My Business?

If you are in a business situation that requires Google My Business, be aware that the address, tax situation, and setup will be significantly more costly if done correctly. If you want hacks or shortcuts, we don’t do that.

If you’re operating a Service Area Business (SAB), a lesser address can be used for verification and then hidden. However, Google cross-checks addresses using USPS and database tools like Melissa Data and Smarty. If your structure isn’t aligned or if the address is flagged as “mass-used,” verification may fail.

What about Mercury and Relayfi? What address is required.

Relayfi changes in the spring of 2025, and now requires a U.S. office, a US residential address, and a utility bill for each, so basically only for U.S. residents. Mercury will accept a U.S. legal address as your registered agent (non-CMRA) and will verify your operations in your home country (indicating you are doing business there). Tax planning required.

Is your address the same as a PO Box or UPS Store?

No.
Our address is in a real commercial office building, registered with USPS as a CMRA (not a PO box). It includes Form 1583 processing and is used successfully for IRS filings, Amazon verifications, Relay/Mercury bank accounts, and platform documentation.

Your situation may require one of our partner solutions. We will now know that until we conduct an evaluation of your situation, which we offer at different price points.

Do I need my own unique suite number?

In some situations, yes, and in others, no.
We monitor volume and may offer sub-suites or a separate office solution for long-term or high-risk use cases.

What’s the risk with other “address-only” services?

Many offer addresses used by hundreds or thousands of LLCs, often with no EIN alignment, no 1583, and no document formatting.
That’s why RelayFi, Mercury, and platforms like Amazon are now rejecting these addresses outright. Cheap setups may provide an LLC, but not a bank account, a physical store, or a seller profile. Amazon requires a U.S. operational presence and a business utility bill (i.e., a real office and utility bill; budget $1,200 to $2K per MONTH).

Will you provide me an address work for Amazon, TikTok Shop, or Relayfi?

Yes, when your structure is correct. Each requirement is different, and we do not recommend hacks or tricks; those are temporary solutions.
For example, our address has passed all of these platforms when paired with a verified EIN, ID, and matched business documents. That’s why we only offer it as part of a structured setup, not à la carte.

Do I need a physical office in the U.S. to open accounts or get verified?

In some situations, yes, for Stripe and Shopify payments, you need an operational presence.

I’m a small seller and just need something cheap. Can you help?

If you’re looking for hacks, shortcuts, or the absolute cheapest path, we’re not the right partner.

We don’t offer hacks, sub-suites without Form 1583, “try it and see” setups, or piecemeal documents. Those methods often attract scrutiny from banks, trigger confusion with the IRS, or get flagged in bulk database sweeps.

Our reputation is built on doing it right for serious sellers who care about compliance, branding, and long-term success. If you’re scaling up and want it built right, we’ll help. If you’re just trying to survive your first $10k in revenue, we’re not the cheapest option ,and that’s intentional.

I'm stuck or confused. Can I just ask a few quick questions?

We understand, and we’re here to help. But quick answers without full context often cause more harm than good.
We don’t offer “free FAQ advice” on risky address issues, because we’ve seen too many clients waste time (and money) chasing partial fixes that don’t hold up under scrutiny.

Why did address verification suddenly get harder in 2025?

Because U.S. regulators, especially FinCEN*, are cracking down on fraud, shell companies, and non-compliant fintech onboarding practices. And now, platforms are quietly rewriting the rules behind the scenes.

Banks and fintech providers have been fined more than $3.5 billion in the past two years for failing to prevent abuse by non-resident LLCs using low-cost, mail-only address services.

So today’s reality looks very different:

  • Stripe, Mercury, RelayFi, Wise, and Airwallex are all tightening onboarding filters, even if they haven’t published new policies.

  • Common “CMRA” addresses are being flagged, delayed, or rejected outright, often before a human ever reviews your application.

  • EINs, LLC names, and business addresses are now cross-checked with postal databases, verification tools, and KYC scoring systems.

This isn’t just a trend, it’s a permanent shift in how U.S. platforms and financial institutions evaluate foreign-owned businesses.

The Real Distinction:

There’s a difference between an address that receives mail and an address that passes compliance filters.

A $ 40-per-month virtual address might be sufficient for forwarding IRS letters (you still want to work with experts on the type of mail you will receive and how to handle it, most importantly).

However, it likely won’t get you approved for banking, merchant accounts, or Shopify Payments, and it definitely won’t help you get through TikTok Shop or Stripe.

What This Means for You:

The old strategy, which involves setting up an LLC, attaching a virtual address, and opening a bank account, no longer works for serious sellers or those seeking long-term compliance.

If your goal is to:

  • Get approved for banking and payment platforms

  • Avoid being flagged, delayed, or asked for excessive documentation

  • Protect your entity from being frozen or reclassified for tax reasons

Then you need a complete address strategy, not just a street address.

That’s what we build, as part of your Verified Expansion Plan™.

*Just because the BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) reporting requirement was paused doesn’t mean FinCEN has gone quiet; in fact, it’s the opposite. FinCEN has increased enforcement behind the scenes, issuing billions in fines and pushing banks and payment platforms to tighten verification standards for non-residents. The game hasn’t gotten easier; it’s just moved upstream.

How do you help me determine which address(s) is best for my situation?

That’s exactly what we evaluate during our Address & Banking Clearance Check™.

It’s an address compliance diagnostic where we:

  • Review your structure, platforms, and documents (30-minute Zoom call with our advanced team)

  • Determine which addresses are needed (and why)

  • Outline the cost and compliance risks

  • Help you avoid mismatches that get accounts rejected

Go there to get started! The investment is $297.00.
