FAQs
Is the U.S. Business Representative the same as TikTok's "Primary Representative"?
Yes. They are the same role. When you log into TikTok Seller Center to complete setup, the interface labels this role "Primary Representative." We use "U.S. Business Representative" in our materials because it makes the U.S.-residency requirement explicit, which is the whole reason the role exists for non-resident foreign-owned brands. Wherever this Pack says "U.S. Business Representative," TikTok's UI will say "Primary Representative." Same person, same obligations, same checks.
We are doing $20M+ on Amazon. Is this Pack still right for us, or should we go straight to a higher tier?
